Data Protection & Compliance

Last updated: 8 July 2026

This page explains how 50GRAMx is built to help regulated organisations meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, RBI data-localisation expectations, and internal data-residency requirements. It describes design intent and controls; it is not legal advice, and customers remain responsible for their own compliance posture.

1. Data residency by architecture

With 50GRAMx Private, AI runs on machines inside your own perimeter, under your own certificate authority. Operational data does not leave your network. Egress is topology-locked, so residency is a property of the deployment, not a promise on paper.

2. Provable integrity

Every release is a reproducible build with a published hash. An independent third party audits the code and pipeline. Each node proves on a cryptographic heartbeat that it is running the exact audited build, or it is evicted. You verify us — you do not have to trust us.

3. Auditability

Work is cryptographically metered and exportable to your SIEM. You get a signed record of what ran, where, and when — the evidence trail auditors and regulators ask for.

4. Your roles under DPDP

50GRAMx provides deployment tooling for a gram, where processing happens entirely on systems you own and we neither custody nor route your data. Data-processing addendums are available on request as part of the enterprise agreement.

5. Requests and contact
