Contract work in India has a reputation and it is deserved: late salary, no provident fund, a vendor who disappears, and a CV nobody can verify. Here is what we do differently, stated so you can hold us to it.
Whether or not the client has paid us. Our cash-flow problem is not yours.
Provident fund, state insurance, gratuity provision, insurance. Deposited monthly, and we will show you the challan.
Named employer, stated rate, stated notice. You will know who employs you and what you are owed.
Before your profile is sent. Consent is per client and per role, and you can withdraw it.
A CV is a claim. Three years of contract work can leave you with nothing verifiable — a company that no longer exists, a manager who has moved on, and a line on a page any recruiter can doubt.
If you consent, the work you do on a SATWA deployment is recorded and cryptographically signed as it happens. The record is yours. You can show it to the next employer, and they can verify it without calling anyone.
It records work attributable to the deployment. It does not record your keystrokes, capture your screen, use your camera or microphone, or track your location, and it records nothing outside the engagement. Records stay inside India.
It is separate from the consent that lets us send your profile to a client. You can decline it and still take the deployment. You can withdraw it afterwards, in writing, without giving a reason — and that will not end your deployment, reduce your pay, or be treated as a performance matter. It is never used to assess your conduct or set your salary.
If anyone at SATWA or at a client implies otherwise, tell us, in writing, at privacy@50gramx.com. A consent that was not free is worth nothing to us, and we would rather not have it.
Forward deployed engineers, agent and AI application engineers, evaluation and inference people, and the platform and product roles around them — alongside the full range of software and data roles. If you are strong and we have nothing today, we will tell you that rather than add you to a list.
