You are hiring into a market where the titles are three years old and half the resumes are fiction. Our job is to compress that, and to be honest about the roles we cannot source well.
Four promises, each with a clock. If we miss one, we tell you why without being asked.
And if the role is outside what we source well, we say so on day one rather than spend your fortnight proving it.
Role, skills, experience, budget, process, start date. You reply “confirmed” and we source against exactly that. Most hiring fails in the gap between what you meant and what we understood, so we close it in writing before sourcing a single profile.
Screened against the confirmed specification, each profile carrying notice period and expected cost on the front page. Every candidate has consented by name to being sent to you.
Nothing before. Permanent placements carry a 90-day replacement guarantee. Contract is billed monthly against approved work.
Where we use a sourcing partner, our contract is with them. You never hold paper with a vendor, and never chase two people for one problem.
Provident fund, state insurance, gratuity, contract labour registration, monthly proof of deposit. A regularisation claim three years from now is our liability, and the paperwork exists to answer it.
Pre-engagement checks completed before the start date; optional signed work records during it. Both verifiable.
Materially unsuitable in the first fifteen days: withdrawn and credited in full, once per deployment.
A shortlist is only as fast as its slowest approver. Three things decide whether this takes three days or three weeks: an interview panel with declared availability, feedback inside five working days, and one person empowered to confirm the budget. If those are not in place we say so before starting, because starting without them wastes your time more than ours.
