If you run a recruitment desk and you are tired of forwarded requirements with no budget, no panel and no decision-maker, this is the part to read.
Every brief has a confirmed written specification, a named panel and an agreed budget. We qualify before we distribute.
We chase the client every 48 hours and pass the answer back, including when the answer is no and why.
A flat monthly add for contract and contract-to-hire, or a percentage of annual cost to company for permanent. Agreed before you source.
We will not approach your candidate. You will not approach our client. Written into the agreement, with teeth.
| Requirement | Why |
|---|---|
| Monthly proof of PF and ESI deposit | We warrant it to our client. We cannot warrant what we cannot see. |
| IP assigned by the candidate, onward-assignable | Our client’s contract says work product belongs to them. If your paperwork cannot carry that through, the deal cannot happen. |
| Pre-engagement checks before the start date | Identity, right to work, education, last two employers. Evidenced, not asserted. |
| Candidate consent naming our client | Required under the DPDP Act. A profile without it is one we cannot forward. |
| An early no | A clear no on day two is worth more than a maybe on day nine, and it is remembered when the next brief goes out. |
How work is allocated. Briefs go first to partners who have filled similar roles, replied fastest, and whose submissions converted to interviews. It is a record, not a relationship. A new partner gets a real brief to prove themselves on, and every partner can see where they stand.
