Most agencies hide pricing so a sales call can anchor you. We would rather you price the role before you call anyone. But two numbers stay unpublished, and the reason is worth stating plainly.
| Engagement | How you are billed | Range |
|---|---|---|
| Contract | One all-in monthly rate per person, against approved work. Includes their salary, every statutory employer contribution, our compliance and our margin. | Quoted per role |
| Contract to hire | As above, plus a conversion fee if you take them permanently. Nil after six months. | Quoted per role + conversion |
| Permanent | One invoice on the day they join, as a percentage of annual cost to company. 90-day replacement guarantee. | 8.33–16.67% |
The split between a contractor’s pay and our margin. Publish it and three things happen, all bad for the person doing the work. The client negotiates against the contractor’s salary instead of the value of the role. Competing agencies undercut by paying people less rather than working better. And the contractor’s pay becomes public record to every future employer. We quote one all-in rate and stand behind it.
A rate card by role and city. A published card is an invitation to arbitrage: screenshotted into a procurement sheet, compared against an agency that excludes statutory cost from its number, and we lose to a quote that was never comparable. You get a firm rate for your actual role within 24 hours, in writing, broken into what it includes.
How to compare quotes properly. Ask every agency the same three questions. Is the rate inclusive of provident fund, state insurance and gratuity? Who is the employer of record? And what happens in month four if the person leaves? A cheaper quote usually differs on one of those three, and the difference is a liability you are buying.
This runs in the direction that is useful to you: tell it what you can spend, and it says what you can hire. It deliberately does not run backwards.
